In 2011, a restless boy picked up a jump rope — not with a dream, but with a motive to skip out of classrooms and dodge institutions. No vision. No master plan. Just one rope, and a rebel heart.
But fate had its own choreography.
Today, that boy has become the face, the force, and the fire behind India’s rise in the global jump rope arena.
Meet Aman Verma —
7× National Champion. 3× Olympic Record Holder. Coach of Team India. Founder of Rule The Ropes.
The man who didn’t just break records —
He rewrote what jump rope could mean for an entire nation.

🪢 From Side Hustle to Spark
By 2017, Aman had started coaching kids in local schools — not to build champions, but to make some extra cash. A side hustle. An afterthought.
But the rope had other plans.
What began as profit turned into purpose.
The more he taught, the more he realized — this sport was powerful. Raw. Beautiful.
It wasn’t just skipping. It was storytelling. Strength. Skill. Soul.
And in those forgotten corners of schools and grounds, Aman was unknowingly building India’s future champions.

From Local Grounds to International Arenas
In 2022, Aman stepped into the global spotlight — this time not as an athlete, but as India’s official coach at the Queen’s Cup Thailand Open Championship.
Under his leadership, India competed with heart, grace, and skill. Medals followed. But more importantly, hope followed.
In 2023, it was time for the World Jump Rope Championships in Colorado Springs, USA.
Result? 9 medals. A breakout performance. A statement.
Then came the 2024 Asian Championships, where India clinched a prestigious silver medal.
Not just on the mat — but on the map.
India had arrived.

2025 – When the Coach Became the Comeback
After six years away from competing, Aman shocked everyone — stepping back into the arena as an athlete at the World Jump Rope Championships 2025 in Kawasaki, Japan.
But this wasn’t just a personal return. It was poetic.
For six years, he had poured every drop of himself into building athletes, designing programs, breaking technical barriers, and creating a team that stood among the world’s finest.
And now, standing beside them — not behind — he proved:
A real leader never stops being a warrior.
The result? Yet another incredible medal haul for India, and the crowning of Rule The Ropes as India’s No.1 Jump Rope Team, with the highest number of international podium finishes.

Rule The Ropes – A Legacy in Motion
Aman didn’t just train athletes.
He built a family.
He created a movement.
He gave jump rope in India a name, a face, and a podium to stand on.
Today, Rule The Ropes stands as:
- India’s most elite jump rope squad
- The team with the highest number of international medals
- A platform that has brought 24+ podium finishes in just 3 years
- And a home for athletes who dare to dream differently
💬 More Than Medals — A Mission
Ask Aman today what drives him, and he won’t say “gold”.
He’ll say recognition.
He’ll say change.
He’ll say: “I want people to see jump rope for what it really is —
a real, competitive, mind-blowing sport… and a treat to the eyes.”
He’s fighting the stereotypes.
He’s building community.
He’s bringing structure, ambition, and respect to a sport that’s long been misunderstood.
And he’s not done yet.
Not even close.
